If the game does not load
The cover is part of this website; it is not the running game. Select Play now once and wait for Fancade’s player to open. Repeatedly selecting Restart creates a fresh player, so allow the current attempt to finish loading before restarting. Check whether another ordinary website loads and whether your browser is up to date.
Use the official-player link below the game to compare the same provider outside this page. If both players fail, that does not isolate the cause: it may involve Fancade, the browser, or the connection. If the direct player works, reloading this page or trying another current browser can help investigate the embedded view. Reloading may interrupt a run; these are diagnostic checks, not a guaranteed fix.
If you see an access restriction, contact the person who manages the network. Do not use an unknown mirror or change to an insecure HTTP address as a workaround. Avoid clearing site storage as an initial step, because it can delete locally saved preferences or game progress.
| What you see | What to check | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| Only the cover | Select Play once and wait. | The cover is not the running game. |
| A blank or slow player | Compare the provider’s direct player using the link below the game. | If both fail, the provider, browser or connection may be involved. |
| A network restriction | Ask the device or network administrator. | This page cannot remove the restriction. |
If the game is visible but the controls do not respond
Click inside the player and try Z or X. Selecting a website button such as Fullscreen can move keyboard focus away from the game. Check whether a menu is open or the game is paused before testing again. A truck stuck against an obstacle can still receive input without moving much; that is different from a blank or unresponsive player.
Fancade’s documentation maps Z and X to left and right screen taps, but this guide does not include a physical-phone control test. A small browser window does not establish phone compatibility. For the control mapping and a practice routine, use the how-to-play guide; when reporting a problem, include the page address, device, browser, and whether the official player also failed.

What to include in a problem report
Describe what you see: only the cover, a blank player, a loading message, or a visible game that does not respond. Include the page address, device and browser, and whether the provider’s direct player works. Do not include passwords or other private account information.
A loading problem is different from a difficult track. For driving practice, use the controls guide. For a game found under another name, check the browser and version guides.
